A Backyard Oasis

This project was a blank slate that consisted of a newly constructed house with nothing around it but dirt and weeds. We transformed it into a full outdoor living experience that the whole family can enjoy. The client wanted their backyard to provide enjoyment for the adults and grandkids alike. We expanded and enhanced the small concrete patio with a paver border to give it more interest. A custom covered structure was added that seamlessly tied into the new house and provided space for a gathering area. A bubbler rock water feature is nestled into the corner of the patio to add to the outdoor experience with the trickling sound of water.

Spa & Turf Layout

An ample amount of SYNLawn artificial grass created a virtually maintenance-free lawn that looks good all year. This allows a soft, clean surface for the grandkids and pets to play. The focal point of the yard is the swim spa along the back of the property which provides fun for all. The spa is surrounded by steps for easy access from any direction. Islands of plant beds and paths are scattered throughout which add to the sense of adventure and discovery.
