Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We provide free estimates for all of our services. For landscape design and construction services, a free on-site consultation will be provided to determine the scope of your project. From there, a free proposal for either design or construction services will be sent via email. It usually takes about 24 hours to 14 days to receive the proposal depending on the complexity of the project. For landscape maintenance services, a free on-site meeting will be provided to assess your yard and needs. A proposal is typically provided within 24-48 hours after the meeting. Learn more about our process.
Do you provide custom landscape designs?
Yes, our design team provides custom landscape designs (CAD). We also offer 3D rendering services to help you easily visualize your project before a shovel ever touches dirt.
If you design and install my landscape, how will I maintain and care for it?
We recommend following up design and installation services with our landscape maintenance services. This will ensure your yard and plants stay beautiful and are professionally cared for. Plus, If you are a DIY’er, we’re here to help with any questions you may have about how to properly maintain your yard after we install it.
When is the best time of year for landscaping?
With few exceptions, any time of year is great for starting a landscape project. When it comes to design, if you want to have your yard installed and ready to use for summer, you’ll want to start the process as early as possible – preferably in the fall or early winter months. During our busiest time of year, it can take up to 6 months to start a design/build project (that does not include the time it takes to actually install your project). Additionally, if your project requires rototilling (sometimes required for new lawns or planting beds), we can not do this if the soil is wet, so this is another limitation. Lastly, although most plants are available year round, some plants are not available in the winter.
How do you schedule your clients?
Just give us a call or send an email and we can schedule your FREE consultation. You can meet with a representative about maintenance or cleanup services in about 1-5 days. For design/build or construction appointments, typically 1-3 weeks. Yes, it may be a little bit of a wait, but we’re worth the wait; and most reputable companies will have a bit of a wait depending on the time of year the service request call is made.
Do you provide any warranties or guarantees on installations?
We offer a 5 year warranty on patios and retaining walls. Plants and lawns have a 1 year warranty. All other services have a 2 year warranty. The plant and lawn warranty can be extended up to 5 years as long as your landscape is continually maintained on a weekly or every-other-week basis by Blessing Landscapes.

What is the ROI on landscaping?
Time and time again, home sale and realtor reports rate landscaping services as one of the top home improvements to boost the value of your home. Home buying is often an emotional decision, and great curb appeal sets the tone for what the prospective buyer experiences when entering the home. In other words, a beautiful front yard will make the interior of the home appear better. Additionally, a functional, usable and beautiful backyard, extends the living space; and though it’s not technically additional home square footage, it sure feels like it. If you’re concerned about your return on investment (ROI) on your new landscape, our team of designers can help guide you in the right direction by pointing out the big-impact, lower cost opportunities for your yard that will give you a high ROI; versus the luxury items that may not have as high of an ROI.
How much does it cost to landscape my entire property?
Costs can vary greatly for landscape projects. Simple projects typically not requiring a design can start as low as $5,000, but most design/build projects range between $20k – $200k and up. Cost for projects without larger-cost items like covered structures, outdoor kitchens, elaborate water features and fireplaces can be on the lower end of the cost structure, but as the size and complexity of the project increases, so does the cost. Our team of designers and sales team love to save our clients money by value engineering projects to provide our clients the biggest bang for their buck.
